Quick and useful

Used my access code for 'Understanding Postpartum Health'. The class was informative. It covered key topics well. Access was simple. Worth the time.

Decent info for the price

I was looking for some affordable prenatal education and found 'Understanding Newborn Care' on here. I used an access code from my hospital, so it was a good deal. The content was pretty standard, covered what I needed to know like feeding and basic safety. It felt like a good chunk of information for what I paid (which was nothing, thanks to the hospital!). It definitely helped me feel more prepared without breaking the bank on fancy classes.

Easy to use, learned a lot

Got the 'Understanding Your Newborn' class through an access code from my hospital. It was super easy to sign up and get started. I watched it on my phone during my lunch break, which was convenient. The videos were pretty short and to the point, so it wasn't boring. I liked learning about safe sleep education and infant CPR basics. Felt good to get all that info without having to go to an in-person class. Definitely made me feel more ready.

Reliable source for parent education

This is my third course from InJoy Online; I previously took 'Understanding Childbirth' and 'Understanding Breastfeeding' with my first child. This time, for our second, I enrolled in 'Understanding Multiples'. The quality and depth of information are consistently high across all their courses. I appreciate that they update their content for current medical guidelines, which is important. The platform is familiar and easy to navigate, just like before. I keep coming back because I trust the information they provide, and it really helps alleviate a lot of anxiety.

Good information, minor tech issue

I took the 'Understanding Breastfeeding' course and found the content very thorough and evidence-based. It covered a lot of ground from latching to pumping, which was great. The videos were high quality, and it loaded fine on my tablet. My only small gripe was that one of the quiz sections glitched out on me once, and I had to refresh the page to finish it. It wasn't a huge deal, but a smoother tech experience would be nice. Overall, good value for the information provided.

So helpful for first-time parents!

I just finished the 'Understanding Childbirth' class and it was fantastic! The videos were super clear, and everything made so much sense. I felt really prepared and less anxious about labor after going through it. The way they explained comfort measures for labor was really practical. I've already told my sister-in-law to check them out. Will definitely be getting the 'Understanding Newborn Care' next!

Anyone know how InJoy Online compares to like, Tinyhood? Tinyhood is a bit cheaper but not sure about the content quality.

R Robert 1 week ago
I've only done InJoy, but I know it's what a lot of hospitals use, which made me feel better about the info. It felt really solid and up-to-date.

My hospital actually gave us access to InJoy, so I figured it must be good. Never tried Tinyhood, but I trust the evidence-based stuff from InJoy. It's not super flashy, but it's super informative.

i just moved to florida. does anyone know if their content is updated for current medical guidelines across different states or if it's more general?

R Richard 6 days ago
It's pretty general medical guidelines, so it should apply anywhere in the US. I don't think it gets into state-specific stuff. Always good to double-check with your local doctor though!

Nah, it's not state-specific. It's based on pretty standard medical practices. I'm in Texas and it lined up with what my OB said.

thinking of getting the newborn care class. does it give you a certificate or anything at the end? might be nice for my work.

A Abigail Scott 1 month ago
Yeah, I got one for the breastfeeding class! It's just a digital one, but it works.

Pretty sure they do for most of them. Mine came through pretty quick after I finished.

My hospital gave me an access code for a class, but I want to buy another one. Are there any discounts for buying multiple classes directly?

D Danielle L. 3 days ago
Sometimes they have bundle deals, but I don't think they do a ton of public discounts for individual classes. Your hospital code probably covered the biggest discount you'll get, tbh.

I haven't seen a lot of direct discounts for individual buyers. It seems like the deals are more for hospitals or educators buying a bunch.

Are their classes legit? Like, are they actually useful or just basic stuff you can find anywhere for free?

L Linda Wright 1 week ago
Super legit. My doctor recommended them, and the content is used by a lot of hospitals. It's way more in-depth and structured than just random YouTube videos.

Yeah, they're legit. It's evidence-based, not just opinions. I learned a ton, especially for breastfeeding.
